Refund / Return Policy

  1. Returns and refunds are not supportedDue to the special nature of art supplies (such as paints, canvases, brushes, etc., which may involve hygiene or customization issues), all orders once sold are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Including but not limited to the following situations:
    The product has no quality issues (such as color or size not meeting expectations).
    Mispurchase, overpurchase or failure to receive goods in time due to the customer’s personal reasons;
    Unopened or used goods (affecting secondary sales).
  2. Handling of exceptional cases
    If the goods you receive are damaged during transportation or shipped incorrectly, please provide the following materials to the customer service email [gonolet@seartdrawing.com] within 48 hours after signing for receipt:
    Order number and problem description;
    Clear photo/video evidence (such as damaged packaging, product defects);
    We will verify and then reissue or provide you with a voucher as compensation (the specific plan is subject to the reply from customer service).
  3. Precautions
    Please confirm the material, size and color difference description on the product detail page before placing an order.
    International orders may be subject to customs policies, and buyers shall bear the relevant risks themselves.
    This policy does not exclude the legal rights you are entitled to under local laws.
