- Shipping location and delivery time
Shipping country: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Liechtenstein, the center of Europe.
Processing time: Orders will be prepared and dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after payment confirmation (this period may be extended for customized products or special items).
Transportation time: International transportation time varies by destination, usually ranging from 7 to 20 working days (delays may occur in remote areas or due to customs inspections). - Freight calculation
The shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the order’s weight, volume and destination, and the final amount is displayed at checkout.
Free shipping offer: Free shipping for orders over 50 CHF within Liechtenstein. Free shipping for orders over 100 EUR in the EU region (subject to adjustment during promotions). - International Customs and Taxes
Liechtenstein is part of the European Customs Union. There are no additional tariffs for shipments to EU countries, but for non-EU destinations (such as the United States and Asia), import duties may be incurred, which must be borne by the recipient.
We will mark the value of the goods on the package. We suggest you check the local customs policies in advance. - Logistics tracking
After shipment, you will receive an email containing the logistics tracking number and the tracking link (sent to the email address reserved for the order).
Support real-time tracking of package status through the official websites of partner logistics providers such as DHL and PostEurop. - Delay and Loss handling
If the package is not updated within 30 days after the expected delivery time, please contact us at gonolet@seartdrawing.com and we will assist in verifying or initiating the claim process.
For returned items due to incorrect address or rejection, the shipping fee for the second shipment needs to be paid again.
